By scheduling a ride or booking a chauffeur through our platform, you agree to comply with all scheduling rules, rates, and passenger guidelines.
By enrolling in our SMS notification program, you consent to receive updates, driver locations, and booking confirmations via text messages (SMS) to your mobile number. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on bookings. Text HELP for help, or STOP to cancel at any time.
In no event shall Invictus Systems Group LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the private transportation services.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
